Event Purpose: Completion of CIE integration, required prior to Managed Network Upgrade for schools in preparation for deploying any complex features your school/s may have, like remote access (VPN) and user identity on the new Palo Alto firewall.

Timing: One hour is allocated for single school CIE integrations.
Preparation: You will need admin access to your Google or Microsoft directory.
Instructions: The instructions for CIE (Google/Entra/Azure) are on our Managed Network Upgrade support hub landing page. The GlobalProtect client download instructions are also located on this landing page, for those who require the software for VPN/Remote Access. N4L will cover the cost of any external ICT support required to complete the work
