Ka Ora, Ka Ako- Gilmours Online Update Session

The Ministry of Education has partnered with Gilmours (Foodstuffs) to enable internal model schools and kura to access pre-negotiated wholesale food items and packaging to support the preparation of cost-effective and nutritious meals.
You are invited to a Gilmours online update session on Wednesday 26 February 2025 from 3.30 pm – 4.00 pm.
Please forward this calendar invitation to your kitchen kaimahi and other interested people working on your Ka Ora, Ka Ako lunch programme.
What we will cover:
* Update on the ingredient price list for Term 1, 2025
* Accessing the online portal, ordering and distribution
* Answering any questions that have been sent through to the Ka Ora, Ka Ako team
* Cost-effective recipes on the Ka Ora, Ka Ako website portal. A two-week sample menu of costed recipes are available for schools and kura to use (please see link below).
